- 8 slices provolone cheese
- 1 pound steak sliced
- 1 green bell pepper sliced
- 1 onion sliced
- 1 cup mushrooms sliced
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Salt
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Heat oil in your skillet.
- Add your peppers onions and mushrooms.
- Sauté your vegetables until soft.
- Remove your vegetables from the pan.
- Add your steak strips to the skillet.
- Season your steak with salt and pepper.
- Cook your steak until brown.
- Lay your cheese slices on a surface.
- Place your steak and vegetables on the cheese.
- Roll your cheese around the filling.
