Ingredients

- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2.5 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 12 Peep marshmallows
- 0.5 cup sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix butter and sugar in a bowl.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla.
- Add flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Flatten dough in your hand.
- Put a Peep in the center.
- Cover the Peep with dough.
- Roll the dough in sprinkles.
- Bake for 12 minutes.
- Cool on the pan.

- Freeze Peeps for 10 minutes before you bake.
- Seal dough edges to prevent leaks.
- Store cookies in a container.
