Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups breadcrumbs
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Place the chicken breasts between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound them to flatten.
  3. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
  4. Place a portion of garlic parsley butter in the center of each chicken breast.
  5. Fold the chicken over to enclose the butter.
  6. Coat each chicken breast in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and then coat with breadcrumbs.
  7. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry each chicken breast until golden brown.
  8. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
