Ingredients

- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 egg
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm milk and sugar. Stir in yeast and let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add melted butter, egg, and salt to the yeast mixture.
- Gradually mix in flour until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for 5 minutes until smooth.
- Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour until doubled.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle, spread minced garlic, and sprinkle cheeses.
- Roll the dough tightly and slice into pieces.
- Place the slices in a muffin tin and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
