Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm milk and sugar. Stir in yeast and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add melted butter, egg, and salt to the yeast mixture.
  3. Gradually mix in flour until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough for 5 minutes until smooth.
  5. Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour until doubled.
  6. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  7. Roll out the dough into a rectangle, spread minced garlic, and sprinkle cheeses.
  8. Roll the dough tightly and slice into pieces.
  9. Place the slices in a muffin tin and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
  10. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
