- 1 tablespoon Sriracha
- 12 buns
- 2 cups lettuce
Instructions
- Whisk your mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha in a bowl.
- Dip your chicken pieces into the buttermilk.
- Toss your chicken in the flour, cornstarch, salt, and pepper.
- Fry your chicken in hot oil until golden.
- Coat your chicken in the sauce.
- Place your chicken on the buns and top with lettuce.
