Ingredients

Instructions
- Spiralize the zucchinis to create noodles.
- In a blender, combine avocado, basil, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and salt. Blend until smooth.
- Toss zucchini noodles with avocado pesto until well coated.
- Serve immediately and garnish with pine nuts.
