Ingredients

- 2 lbs turkey breast
- 3 tablespoons zaatar spice blend
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix zaatar, olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, and lemon juice.
- Rub the mixture all over the turkey breast.
- Place the turkey in a baking dish.
- Bake for 1.5 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Can be marinated overnight for more flavor.
- Serve with a side of roasted vegetables.
- Leftovers can be used in sandwiches.
