- 1 large head of cauliflower
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons za’atar spice
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and slice it into 1-inch thick steaks.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, za’atar, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the mixture on both sides of the cauliflower steaks.
- Place the steaks on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

- Serve with yogurt or tahini sauce for added flavor.
