Description
A refreshing and tangy sorbet made from yuzu fruit.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup yuzu juice
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine water and sugar. Heat until sugar dissolves.
- Remove from heat and let it cool.
- Add yuzu juice and lemon juice to the mixture.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker.
- Churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Transfer to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours.

- Use fresh yuzu for the best flavor.
- Adjust sugar based on your taste preference.
- Let sorbet sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving.
