Instructions

  1. Rinse the basmati rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  3. Add sliced onions and sauté until golden brown.
  4. Add garlic and chopped tomatoes, cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Add chicken pieces and season with mandi spice mix and salt.
  6. Cook the chicken until browned on all sides.
