Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and trim the stem.
- Brush the cauliflower with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
- Place the cauliflower on a baking sheet and roast for 40-50 minutes until golden brown.
- While the cauliflower is roasting, whisk together tahini, water, lemon juice, and garlic in a bowl.
- Once the cauliflower is done, drizzle with the tahini sauce.
- Garnish with parsley and sesame seeds before serving.
