- 1/2 cup powdered sugar

- 1 cup white chocolate, melted
- 1 cup raspberry puree
- 1 package ladyfinger cookies
- Fresh raspberries for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in melted white chocolate until well combined.
- Dip ladyfingers briefly in raspberry puree.
- Layer dipped ladyfingers in a dish.
- Spread half of the white chocolate mixture over the ladyfingers.
- Repeat layers with remaining ladyfingers and white chocolate mixture.
- Chill for at least 4 hours.
- Garnish with fresh raspberries before serving.
