Instructions

  3. Melt white chocolate and butter in a bowl over simmering water.
  4. Whisk eggs, egg yolks, and sugar until thick.
  5. Stir in the melted chocolate mixture and vanilla.
  6. Gently fold in the flour until just combined.
  7. Pour the batter into ramekins.
  8. Bake for 12-14 minutes until edges are firm but center is soft.
  9. Let cool for 1 minute, then invert onto plates.
  10. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
