- 1 cup white chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 2 large eggs
- 2 large egg yolks
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Grease four ramekins with butter and dust with flour.
- Melt white chocolate and butter in a bowl over simmering water.
- Whisk eggs, egg yolks, and sugar until thick.
- Stir in the melted chocolate mixture and vanilla.
- Gently fold in the flour until just combined.
- Pour the batter into ramekins.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes until edges are firm but center is soft.
- Let cool for 1 minute, then invert onto plates.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.

- Try adding fruit or ice cream on the side.
