Description
A delicious tart filled with whipped strawberry cream.
Ingredients

- 1 pre-made tart shell
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, pureed
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon gelatin
- 2 tablespoons water
Instructions
- Prepare the tart shell according to package instructions.
- In a small bowl, dissolve gelatin in water and let it sit for 5 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until soft peaks form.
- Fold in the pureed strawberries gently.
- Heat the gelatin mixture until melted and combine it with the strawberry mixture.
- Pour the mixture into the tart shell and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Slice and serve chilled.
Notes
- Use fresh strawberries for the best flavor.
- Make sure the tart shell is completely cool before adding the filling.
- Can be garnished with additional strawberries on top.
