Description

A creamy and tangy whipped feta spread topped with sweet and spicy roasted grapes and maple syrup.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup seedless grapes
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix feta cheese, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and olive oil until smooth.
  3. Spread the whipped feta on a serving plate.
  4. On a baking sheet, combine grapes, maple syrup, red pepper flakes, and salt.
  5. Roast the grapes for 15-20 minutes until they burst.
  6. Top the whipped feta with roasted grapes and drizzle with any remaining maple syrup.
  7. Serve with crackers or bread.
