- 8 oz feta cheese
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 cup seedless grapes
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix feta cheese, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and olive oil until smooth.
- Spread the whipped feta on a serving plate.
- On a baking sheet, combine grapes, maple syrup, red pepper flakes, and salt.
- Roast the grapes for 15-20 minutes until they burst.
- Top the whipped feta with roasted grapes and drizzle with any remaining maple syrup.
- Serve with crackers or bread.

- Adjust the amount of red pepper flakes for desired spiciness.
- This dish can be prepared ahead of time and served cold or at room temperature.
