Ingredients

- 200g bean sprouts
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and onion, sauté until fragrant.
- Add bell pepper and stir fry for 2 minutes.
- Add bean sprouts and soy sauce, stir well.
- Cook for another 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Drizzle with sesame oil and season with salt.
- Serve hot.
