Instructions

  1. Cook jasmine rice according to package instructions.
  2. In a pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  3. Add diced chicken or tofu, cook until golden brown.
  4. Mix in soy sauce, stir well.
  5. In a bowl, layer rice, chicken or tofu, carrots, cucumber, and pickled radishes.
  6. Garnish with fresh cilantro and drizzle with sriracha if desired.
