Ingredients

- 1 cup jasmine rice
- 200g halal chicken or tofu, diced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 cup pickled radishes
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sriracha (optional)
Instructions
- Cook jasmine rice according to package instructions.
- In a pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken or tofu, cook until golden brown.
- Mix in soy sauce, stir well.
- In a bowl, layer rice, chicken or tofu, carrots, cucumber, and pickled radishes.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and drizzle with sriracha if desired.
Notes
- Adjust the level of sriracha based on your spice preference.
- Use brown rice for a healthier option.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers.
