Instructions
- Chop the vegetables into small pieces.
- In a bowl, mix chickpea flour, cumin seeds, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt.
- Add water gradually to form a thick batter.
- Fold in the chopped vegetables until well coated.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture into the hot oil.
- Fry until golden brown on all sides.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
