Instructions

  2. Add onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
  3. Stir in bell pepper and carrots, cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Add pumpkin puree, beans, tomatoes, and vegetable broth.
  5. Season with chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  6. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
