Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
- Add sliced mushrooms, cook until softened.
- Sprinkle flour over the mixture, stir well.
- Gradually add vegetable broth while stirring to avoid lumps.
- Stir in soy sauce and thyme.
- Simmer for 10 minutes until thickened.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
