Ingredients

- 4 large carrots
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Peel the carrots and slice them thinly lengthwise.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, maple syrup, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Coat the carrot slices in the mixture.
- Arrange the slices on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
- Reheat in the oven for best results.
