Instructions

  2. Peel the carrots and slice them thinly lengthwise.
  3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, maple syrup, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  4. Coat the carrot slices in the mixture.
  5. Arrange the slices on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy, flipping halfway through.
