  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup chai tea, brewed and cooled

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and spices.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, milk, oil, eggs, vanilla, and chai tea.
  4. Combine the wet and dry mixtures until just blended.
  5. Fill cupcake liners about 2/3 full with batter.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool before frosting.
