Ingredients

- 1 3/4 cups powdered sugar
- 3 large egg whites
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar

- Buttercream or ganache filling
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Sift almond flour and powdered sugar together.
- In a separate bowl, whip egg whites until foamy. Add granulated sugar gradually.
- Continue whipping until stiff peaks form.
- Fold in the dry ingredients and food coloring gently.
- Pipe small circles onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Let them rest for 30 minutes until a skin forms.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes. Let cool.
- Fill with buttercream or ganache.
- Sandwich the macarons and let them mature for 24 hours in the fridge.
