Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a pan, melt butter over medium heat.
  2. Add mashed purple yam and mix well.
  3. Pour in coconut milk and stir until combined.
  4. Add condensed milk and sugar, mix continuously.
  5. Cook until thickened, about 20-30 minutes.
  6. Stir in vanilla extract.
  7. Transfer to a container and let cool before serving.
