Delicious and healthy Tuscan Spinach Turkey Meatballs.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, spinach, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until cooked through.
Notes
- Serve with marinara sauce or over pasta.
- You can use frozen spinach if fresh is not available.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
