Description

Ingredients

  • 500g ground lamb
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 pieces of pide dough
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a skillet, sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
  3. Add the ground lamb, tomato paste, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook until the lamb is browned.
  4. Roll out the pide dough into oval shapes on a floured surface.
  5. Spread the spiced lamb mixture evenly over the dough.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the edges are crispy.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

  • Serve with yogurt or a fresh salad.
