Description

Ingredients

  • 500g ground beef
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups rice
  • 4 cups water or broth

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine ground beef, onion, garlic, bread crumbs, egg, parsley, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix well and form into small meatballs.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and brown the meatballs on all sides.
  4. In a separate pot, boil water or broth and add rice.
  5. Cook rice according to package instructions.
  6. Once meatballs are cooked, serve them over rice.
