Ingredients

- 400g of pasta
- 100g of truffle butter
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a large saucepan, melt truffle butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Drain the pasta and add it to the sauce. Toss to coat evenly.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
