- 4 large tortillas
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
- 1/2 cup sliced olives
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Spread pizza sauce evenly on each tortilla.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Add pepperoni, bell peppers, and olives on top.
- Roll each tortilla tightly and place them seam side down on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Slice and serve warm.
