A savory lamb stew with tomatoes and spices.
Ingredients

- 1 kg lamb, cubed
- 4 large tomatoes, chopped
- 2 onions, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 2 potatoes, cubed
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cups beef broth
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pot over medium heat.
- Add onions and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Add lamb and brown on all sides.
- Stir in tomatoes, carrots, and potatoes.
- Add paprika, black pepper, and salt.
- Pour in beef broth and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 1.5 hours.
- Serve hot with rice or bread.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Add more vegetables as desired.
- This dish can be made ahead and reheated.
