Ingredients

  • 1 kg lamb, cubed
  • 4 large tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 onions, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 2 potatoes, cubed
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onions and garlic, sauté until soft.
  3. Add lamb and brown on all sides.
  4. Stir in tomatoes, carrots, and potatoes.
  5. Add paprika, black pepper, and salt.
  6. Pour in beef broth and bring to a boil.
  7. Reduce heat and simmer for 1.5 hours.
  8. Serve hot with rice or bread.
