A simple and delicious take on traditional Turkish mantı using pasta.
Ingredients

- 200g pasta
- 300g ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 200g yogurt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Add ground beef, salt, pepper, and paprika, cook until browned.
- Drain the pasta and mix it with the beef mixture.
- Serve topped with yogurt and chopped parsley.
Notes
- You can substitute ground beef with ground turkey or chicken.
- Add more spices according to your taste.
- Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
