Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add vanilla extract, flour, cornstarch, and salt. Mix until combined.
  4. Shape dough into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
  5. Make an indentation in the center of each ball with your thumb.
  6. Fill each indentation with fruit jam.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
  8. Cool on a wire rack before serving.
