Instructions
- You place chicken in a bowl and pour pickle juice over it.
- You let chicken soak for thirty minutes.
- You mix breadcrumbs, parmesan, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a dish.
- You put flour in a second dish.
- You whisk eggs in a third dish.
- You coat each chicken piece in flour first.
- You dip chicken into the whisked eggs.
- You press chicken into the breadcrumb mixture.
- You heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- You cook chicken for six minutes per side until golden brown.

- You use fresh parmesan for better flavor.
- You pat chicken dry before flouring.
- You do not overcrowd the pan.
