Ingredients

- 1 cup glutinous rice
- 1 1/2 cups coconut milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 ripe mangoes, sliced
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Rinse the glutinous rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- Soak the rice in water for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Drain and steam the rice for about 30 minutes until cooked.
- In a saucepan, combine coconut milk, sugar, and salt. Heat until sugar dissolves.
- Mix half of the coconut milk mixture with the cooked rice.
- Let the rice sit for 15 minutes to absorb the coconut flavor.
- In small cups, layer the sticky rice and mango slices.
- Drizzle the remaining coconut milk over the top.
- Garnish with sesame seeds.
- Serve warm or chilled.
