Instructions

  3. Drain and steam the rice for about 30 minutes until cooked.

  5. Mix half of the coconut milk mixture with the cooked rice.
  6. Let the rice sit for 15 minutes to absorb the coconut flavor.
  7. In small cups, layer the sticky rice and mango slices.
  8. Drizzle the remaining coconut milk over the top.
  9. Garnish with sesame seeds.
  10. Serve warm or chilled.
