Description
Thai Basil Chicken, also known as Pad Krapow, is a flavorful stir-fry dish made with ground chicken and fresh basil.

- 2 cups fresh Thai basil leaves
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2–3 Thai chilies, chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Cooked rice for serving
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and chilies, stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add ground chicken, cook until browned.
- Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and sugar.
- Add Thai basil and stir until wilted.
- Serve hot over cooked rice.
