  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix goat meat with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, salt, cayenne pepper, vinegar, and water.
  2. Marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Add marinated goat pieces to the pan and fry until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
  6. Serve hot with your choice of sides.
