Tassot Cabrit is a delicious dish of fried goat meat, seasoned and cooked to perfection.
Ingredients

- 2 lbs goat meat, cut into pieces
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix goat meat with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, salt, cayenne pepper, vinegar, and water.
- Marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Add marinated goat pieces to the pan and fry until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with your choice of sides.
