- 2 lbs beef, cut into cubes
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- Marinate beef cubes with lime juice, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika for at least 1 hour.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add marinated beef cubes to the pan in batches.
- Fry until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per batch.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with your choice of sides.
