- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Add Brussels sprouts to the bowl and toss to coat.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Remove from oven and serve warm.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, broil for the last 2 minutes.
- Feel free to add garlic for more flavor.
