- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons tandoori masala
- 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, tandoori masala, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, vegetable oil, and salt.
- Rub the mixture all over the turkey, ensuring it is well coated.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan and cover it with foil.
- Roast for 3 hours, removing the foil for the last 30 minutes to brown the skin.
- Check the internal temperature; it should reach 165°F (75°C).
- Let it rest for 20 minutes before carving.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.

- Marinate the turkey overnight for better flavor.
- Serve with naan or rice.
