Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, tandoori spice mix, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, olive oil, and salt.
- Coat the lamb chops with the marinade.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the lamb chops for 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked to your liking.
- Let the chops rest for a few minutes before serving.
