- 4 large potatoes
- 2 tablespoons tandoori spice mix
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- 1 cup yogurt
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Fresh coriander for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Peel and cut the potatoes into fries.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, tandoori spice mix, and salt.
- Add the fries to the bowl and coat them evenly.
- Spread the fries on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy.
- In another bowl, mix yogurt, minced garlic, and lemon juice for the sauce.
- Serve the fries hot with garlic sauce and garnish with coriander.
Notes
- You can adjust the spice level by adding more or less tandoori spice.
- For a vegan option, use plant-based yogurt.
- These fries pair well with a side salad.
