Ingredients

- 4 cups diced potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup diced green onions
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the diced potatoes, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add half of the shredded cheese and green onions to the mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Top with the remaining cheese and green onions.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and the cheese is bubbly.
Notes
- Use frozen diced potatoes for convenience.
- Feel free to add cooked bacon bits for extra flavor.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
