Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Peel and cut the sweet potatoes into fry shapes.
- In a bowl, toss sweet potatoes with olive oil, salt, paprika, and black pepper.
- Spread the fries on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, soak the fries in water for 30 minutes before baking.
