Ingredients

  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine mashed sweet potatoes, milk, melted butter, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. Mix until smooth and pour into a baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, mix chopped pecans with brown sugar and sprinkle over the sweet potato mixture.
  5. Top with mini marshmallows.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes until heated through and marshmallows are golden.
