Ingredients

- 2 cups mashed sweet potatoes
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine mashed sweet potatoes, milk, melted butter, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Mix until smooth and pour into a baking dish.
- In another bowl, mix chopped pecans with brown sugar and sprinkle over the sweet potato mixture.
- Top with mini marshmallows.
- Bake for 30 minutes until heated through and marshmallows are golden.
Notes
- Use fresh or canned sweet potatoes.
- You can adjust sweetness to your taste.
- For a nut-free version, omit pecans.
