  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 can chickpeas, drained
  • 1 cup dried apricots, chopped
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onions and garlic, sauté until soft.
  3. Add beef cubes, browning on all sides.
  4. Stir in spices and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Add beef broth, carrots, apricots, and chickpeas.
