Ingredients

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream together butter and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add egg, vanilla extract, and almond extract to the butter mixture and mix well.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
  6. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough into a greased muffin tin.
  7. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until edges are golden.
  8. Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before pressing down the centers to create cups.
  9. Allow to cool completely before filling with your favorite treats.
