Ingredients

- 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups white sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream together butter and sugar until smooth.
- Add egg, vanilla extract, and almond extract to the butter mixture and mix well.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough into a greased muffin tin.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until edges are golden.
- Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before pressing down the centers to create cups.
- Allow to cool completely before filling with your favorite treats.

- Store in an airtight container for up to one week.
- You can fill cups with frosting, whipped cream, or fruit.
