Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup pepperoni, sliced
- 1/4 cup roasted red peppers, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm water and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5 minutes.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the dough and place half in a greased baking dish.
- Add mozzarella, pepperoni, roasted red peppers, and Italian seasoning.
- Cover with the remaining dough and seal the edges.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool, then cut into squares and serve.
