Delicious and creamy strawberry truffles that melt in your mouth.
Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Puree the strawberries in a blender.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla.
- Add the strawberry puree and mix well.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Form mixture into small balls.
- Roll in crushed graham crackers.
- Melt chocolate chips and dip the truffles.
- Let cool on wax paper until chocolate hardens.

- Store in the refrigerator.
- Can substitute strawberries with other fruits.
- Adjust sweetness to taste.
