Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Puree the strawberries in a blender.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla.
  3. Add the strawberry puree and mix well.
  4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  5. Form mixture into small balls.
  6. Roll in crushed graham crackers.
  7. Melt chocolate chips and dip the truffles.
  8. Let cool on wax paper until chocolate hardens.
