- 24 ounces softened cream cheese

- 3 large eggs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Combine crumbs, 3 tablespoons sugar, and butter in a bowl.
- Press this mixture into the bottom of a 9 inch springform pan.
- Blend strawberries and 2 tablespoons sugar until smooth.
- Strain the strawberry sauce through a mesh sieve.
- Beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla in a large bowl.
- Add eggs one at a time. Mix on low speed.
- Pour the cream cheese batter over the crust.
- Drop small amounts of strawberry sauce onto the batter.
- Swirl the sauce with a knife to create a pattern.
- Bake the cake for 55 minutes.
- Cool the cake. Refrigerate it for 4 hours.
