- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
- Fill cupcake liners with batter.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cupcakes cool completely.
- Whip the cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
- Top the cooled cupcakes with whipped cream and sliced strawberries.
